TENT Society convened a conference on ‘Nomadic Tribes- Challenges & Prospects’ at Lady Doak college,Madurai on 19th and 20th December,2014. The conference was held by TENT Society in collaboration with Lady doak college, Arul anandar college and Gandhigram Rural university. There were demands to identify and list the people under separate category named Nomadic Tribe (NT) and to provide reservation in government job and higher education.
